You Need Sleep!

This is probably not the first time you will hear this but you need sleep!…heck I need sleep!! This Ted Talk examine’s the relatively unknown area of sleep and why we so desperately require it! This should be the basis of anyone’s study plan! A good nights sleep is proven to increase memory power and reduce the chances of getting sick.

Russell Foster is Professor of Circadian Neuroscience and the Head of the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Oxford. Foster studies sleep and its role in our lives, examining how our perception of light influences our sleep-wake rhythms.
